Andy Murray in the semi-final of Australian Open

Andy Murray faces Roger Federer in the semi-final of the Australian Open. Can he get to the final?

Over the past 12 months, Andy Murray has won Britain over by getting to the finals of Wimbledon and winning us a gold medal in the Olympics.

Both times he faced stiff competition from Roger Federer and it seems that it’s going to be the same old story for the semi-final of the Australian Open on Friday, as we’re sure those of you with a Tennis head magazine subscription will already know.

If Federer claims the title, it will be his fifth Aus Open win and if Murray takes it, it will be his first. Obviously, being British you know who we’re rooting for and it would be a great start to 2013 for the player.

As always, we’ll just have to wait and see who makes it to the final. Subscribe and save on a Tennishead magazine subscription today.
