• Are my details safe and confidential?
    iSUBSCRiBE treats your personal details with the utmost security and follows strict privacy guidelines. We will never sell or rent your details or disclose any of your personal information, except for the purpose of fulfilling your subscription. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
  • Can I change my password?
    Yes, you can. To change your password simply log into "My Account" and select ‘edit details’ to change your password - don't forget to hit the update button.
  • Is it safe to purchase online?
    Yes most definitely, all information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring your credit or debit card details are safe, sound and secure. For more details please see our Security Policy.


  • Can I give a subscription as a gift?
    Yes, subscriptions make great gifts. You can choose a different delivery address on the checkout page for each magazine or newspaper. No contact will be made with the recipient about their subscription prior to receiving the first issue so as not to ruin the surprise!

    You may also wish to check out our gift cards and vouchers, for the person who is hard to buy for.

    You are able to send an iCard to the recipient. An iCard is a digital greeting which will include the cover image of the subscription you have purchased, as well as a personal message that you can add yourself. This can be emailed directly to the recipient on a chosen date, or you can email it to yourself to print and present to them. iCARDs are free and very easy to create. Click here to see an example.
  • Can I order back issues of a particular magazine or newspaper?
    Being an online company, iSUBSCRiBE does not stock any copies of the magazines. For back issue enquiries, please contact the specific magazine or newspaper publisher directly.
  • Can orders be done by telephone?
    Yes, orders can be placed over the telephone. Please feel free to call us on 020 7199 0161 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.


  • Can I request a VAT invoice?
    Magazine and newspaper subscriptions attract a 0% VAT charge. If you would like a receipt of purchase, you can print out your confirmation email containing all the relevant information.
  • How will you acknowledge my subscription order?
    You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed. This email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been placed and may take up to 15 minutes to come through. It will confirm the details of your purchase including the price, the billing name and address, and the delivery name and address.
  • In what ways can I pay for my subscriptions?
    There are many ways to pay for your subscriptions. You can pay by credit or debit card, use a PayPal account or Login and Pay using your Amazon account. We also have many subscriptions available on Direct Debit. If you are lucky enough to have received a gift card or voucher, you can use these to pay as well!     Please note that where the billing address provided is outside of the UK, Maestro cards cannot be accepted.


  • Can I transfer my subscription to a different magazine?
    Unfortunately we are not able to transfer subscriptions to different titles.
  • How do I change my address or contact details?
    You can log into your account on the iSUBSCRiBE site here. In your ‘My Account’ area you will find a complete list of all your current and past subscriptions. Here you can manage all of your information and purchases and change your details accordingly. Please note that as the delivery labels are often printed a number of weeks in advance, the next issue of your magazine may still go to the old address.
  • How long do I have to wait for my first issue to arrive?
    This will depend on the frequency of the magazine or newspaper. Your subscription will usually start with the next available issue and will not normally be the current issue that is available in shops. The industry standard guidelines for delivery are as follows:
    For weeklies it may take between 2-4 weeks for the first issue to arrive.
    For monthlies it may take between 4-6 weeks, however some publishers, including IPC Media and National Geographic, have longer lead times and may take a few weeks longer than this.
    For bi-monthlies it may take between 8-10 weeks.
    For special offers and free gifts please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Free gifts are sent separately and will not arrive with the first issue of your subscription.
    For international orders the delivery of your first issue may take between 10-12 weeks.
    For digital purchases, your subscription will commence with the current issue. Please activate your account with Zinio to access the first issue.
  • My magazine hasn't arrived, what do I do?
    If your magazine hasn’t arrived or you think it may be running late please contact the magazine publishers who will be able to help you. You can find all their contact details on your confirmation email, or in your My Account area on our site. You can log in here where you will find a complete list of all your current and past subscriptions and the publisher contact information for each.
  • What issue will my subscription start with? Can I specify which issue it will be?
    Your subscription will usually start with the next available issue and will not normally be the current issue that is available in the shops now. The delivery estimates in question 7 are intended as a guide.
  • Where are the magazines sent from?
    Each publisher is responsible for the fulfilment of the magazines or newspapers, and have been doing so for many years. In most instances, your subscription copies will arrive a few days before the magazine goes on sale in the shops.


  • How do I create an iCARD?
    When purchasing a subscription, select 'Yes’ when asked ‘Is this subscription a gift?’ on the delivery address page. After completing the order, you will then be presented with the steps to create and send or print your iCARD.
  • I have received a gift card or gift voucher, how do I use it?
    Lucky you! On the gift card or voucher itself there will be a long number. You will need to enter this long number during the checkout process, in the step after you have entered the delivery information. If the subscription amount exceeds the gift card or voucher value, you will need to enter in your payment details in the next step to cover the remaining amount.

    Please note that gift cards and vouchers cannot be used to purchase direct debit payment option subscriptions.


  • My subscription includes a free gift. Who will it be sent to and when?
    In most cases the free gift will be sent to the gift giver rather than the recipient and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. The gift will arrive separately from the first issue, so don’t worry if it hasn’t arrived at the same time.

    If your gift hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks you can contact the magazine publishers who will be able to help you. You can find all their contact details on your confirmation email, or in your My Account area on our site. You can log in here where you will find a complete list of all your current and past subscriptions and the publisher contact information for each.
  • Will my subscription include promotional items packaged with the magazine?
    Unless specified, subscriptions may not include all promotional items packaged with the magazine.


  • Are international orders sent airmail or surface mail?
    This depends on the publishers of each title. The vast majority of overseas subscriptions are sent airmail.
  • Do you offer international delivery?
    International delivery is available for the majority of magazine subscriptions on the iSUBSCRiBE website. Please look out for the ‘International Offers’ button on the title page to check for international delivery options. If this button is not visible, international delivery is not available for that title.


  • Can I cancel my subscription/s?
    Yes, in some circumstances, you may cancel your subscription.

    If you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of placing it, iSUBSCRiBE will provide a full refund. This is applicable to orders placed for UK, European, United States and International delivery within 48 hours of order.

    If you request a cancellation more than 48 hours after placing your order iSUBSCRiBE will not offer a refund. Any cancellations may only be processed by the individual publisher at their discretion. Each publisher has slightly different terms on refunds. Some publishers will refund in full, some in part, and some not at all. We are happy to advise you on refunds so please do get in touch.

    Please be aware that refunds are not available for European, United States and International orders cancelled after more than 48 hours.

    Also please note, as directed by the publishers, all direct debit purchases have a minimum term of 12 months.
  • Does the price of the subscription include delivery?
    Yes, all pricing for magazine and newspaper subscriptions includes delivery costs.
  • How do I renew a subscription?
    Renewing your subscriptions at iSUBSCRiBE is extremely easy. Simply select the magazine you wish to renew, add it to your shopping cart then proceed to the checkout. On the checkout page you will be asked if this is a renewal, select yes and then fill out your details. Don't forget to log in if you are already an iSUBSCRiBE customer. Also, please note that you do not need to have placed your original subscription through iSUBSCRiBE in order to renew with us.


  • Do you offer a corporate service?
    Yes, we can set up a corporate quote for your company or educational facility. You can pay for your order via bacs, cheque or company credit/debit card.   • How do I find the publication(s) that I'm looking for?
    You can search for a publication via the search box on the iSUBSCRiBE homepage, alternatively you can search by category to see all titles of a particular genre.

    If you can't find the magazine you are looking for, it may mean we don’t yet have that particular title amongst our selection. Please get in touch to find out if we have the magazine, or to suggest it so that we can try to add it to our list.
