Ah, the joys of social media! It’s great for keeping up-to-date with friends and family who you don’t often see and even to get news from companies you love or if you’re like us, your favourite magazines.
Normally we love the snippets of news, photos and debates that take place on Good Housekeeping magazine’s Facebook page, but we just have one bone to pick with them... They make us hungry almost every day!
You know the feeling a couple of hours after you’ve eaten your lunch and you start to feel peckish but know you’re not going to be home for dinner for still another couple of hours? Well, that’s when they strike! They post mouth-watering photos of food that we would quite happily chomp into.
We know, we shouldn’t moan because they also provide us with the recipes and it provides us with great inspiration for dinner, but we just wonder if others have the same problem?
When we flick through our Good Housekeeping subscription, we ensure we've eaten beforehand so we don’t drool over the pages but with Facebook there’s no warning. We guess we’ll just have to learn to deal with, however.
If you want to get your full fix every month (recipes included) then make sure you check out our Good Housekeeping magazine subscription offer today.
