A number of the main articles in World Soccer magazine this month have a Spanish flavour to them.

The latest edition of World Soccer magazine is out now and features a number of special articles with a Spanish twist.

As well as a look at the future for Spanish giants Real Madrid, the publication has spoken to Barcelona's Swedish hitman Zlatan Ibrahimovic and former Liverpool star Alvaro Arbeloa.

In addition, the issue looks forward to the summer's World Cup, which is taking place in South Africa for the first time.

With this in mind, it has an article dedicated to Johannesburg, which looks in depth at one of the competition's main host cities.

Each of the contenders at the world of international football's premier event will be hoping to claim glory in some form and a few might even have aspirations of causing an upset and winning the tournament.

To tie in with this theme, World Soccer has investigated six of the biggest surprise packages in football history.

Alvaro Arbeloa may be hoping that his former Liverpool team mate Fernando Torres is fit in time to join him in the Spain squad for the World Cup after recently undergoing surgery.
