Any cinema buffs who have a Total Film magazine subscription will be able to read about Tom Hardy's role in the upcoming flick The Dark Knight Rises.
The British Inception actor, who picked up the prestigious Orange Wednesdays Rising Star Award at the Baftas, appeared on Channel 4 show Alan Carr: Chatty Man to discuss his role in the new Chris Nolan film.
He will be portraying the villain Bane in the flick and he said the flop of the character in Batman & Robin won't matter now.
Hardy said: "Chris Nolan, again, will revisit that territory entirely so I wouldn't go by that [Joel Schumacher's Batman & Robin]," reports Total Film magazine.
"Plus, that's a lot of weight to put on and I've got to start shooting in May. So I've got to get back up to that [Bronson] size again and I've got to get up to about 13-and-a-half or 14 stone."
