Vinyl is officially back in fashion, and to celebrate, Anthem Publishing (Classic Pop and Long Live Vinyl) are hosting The Vinyl Festival in September at London’s Printworks.
All weekend there will be crate digging, Record stores and Indie labels galore, plus an Artvinyl Gallery featuring 40 banned Album covers from the rude to the ridiculous.
DJ sets from Tim Burgess, Edith Bowman, Steve Lamacq, Huey Morgan, Don Letts, Double Agent 7, Civilisation of the Rough, Generation Vinyl and more – all sets wil be performed exclusively on 7’’.
Fill your lugholes with everything from Indie, House, Disco, Northern Soul & Motown, Rhythm & Blues, Rock n Roll, Reggae, Punk and Ska, Hip Hop and Rock, and feed your face with delicious street food and craft beer. The stage will be hosted by Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy from (Classic Album Sundays) who will be chatting to guests about their record collections and the significance of vinyl in their lives.
