Women’s Running magazine is the UK’s first running title just for women. Written by women for women, the magazine caters for both beginners and regular runners who want to lose weight, feel fitter and improve their stamina.

It features inspirational stories and case studies, motivational tips, nutritional advice and the latest running products and fashions. It also includes regular sections on weight-loss and healthy eating. Women’s Running is published monthly.

Your Subscription will begin with the next available issue. Please expect delivery in the next 4-6 weeks.

I've just started running regularly and really needed a bit of a boost to keep me going. Getting Women's Running in the mail each month really helps keep me motivated!

Nell McAndrew loves Women's Running

Although running is generic to men and women, I think Women’s Running does a really good job of understanding how women approach sport differently to men, and how there are different benefits and limitations, in equal measure, when it comes to sport. And the fact it has women writers really means that you feel you can trust what’s being said. There is a really good and dedicated fashion section and, as is prevalent these days, so much information on technology and equipping yourself with everything that can accurately track your exercises.
