About us

Tsimsy Suzy is an independent family run business, based in Cobham, Kent. We are passionate about tea and want to share that passion with you, by offering good quality tea at an affordable price. We have around 20 different tea ranges (whole tea leaf, no tea dust), from green tea, floral tea, black tea and caffeine free tea. We also offer several different tea gift sets (eco-taster and eco-starter) and our tea tin bundles.

Part of our tea are sourcing from the best tea plants in the world. We are using the most natural (no added flavouring) and original taste of each individual ingredient to blend and create our delicious tea.

We have a mission: we want to share the enthusiasm for drinking tea, encourage clean drinking lifestyle!

Be friends with our environment, sometimes less is more.

Our signature camomile tea grows locally in Kent (sowing, picking and drying) during our British Summer. Not just that, we also grow part of our tea ingredients in our organic garden.

We use as little packaging in our products as possible. Less is more. When packaging is unavoidable, we try to use recycled materials. We like our packaging to be reused, recycled or composted at the end of their lives and aim to have most of our packaging easily recyclable, compostable or biodegradable.

The first subscription box will be dispatched within 2-3 days of ordering, the rest of your order will go out at the end of following month. This is to ensure everyone will receive their tea box at the end of the month.
