And last but not least, give your body some down time to get your creative juices flowing.

Men's Health magazine advises consuming some caffeine and having a short nap to boost your energy levels during the day.

Ideally, you should be trying to get a good night's rest - at least six hours - because researchers from the University of Warwick have said lack of sleep can raise the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
