Whilst her former Atomic Kitten bandmates are reforming and going on an arena tour with other bands of the past, Jenny Frost has been pretty busy herself.
Speaking to OK! in this week’s issue, Jenny talks about her difficulty when she gave birth to her newborn baby twins Nico and Blake.
She was rushed into hospital at 33 weeks after worries that she was going into premature labour. Frost was put on bed rest and eventually had the twins a week later. However, the birth wasn’t the happy time it should have been.
“I heard them cry and they were whipped away to paediatrics and put in an incubator,” she says. “I didn't even get to see them and I was suddenly alone. You couldn't really have planned it any worse.”
Now the twins are perfectly healthy and have joined her fiancée and son Caspar back at home, much to his delight.
“Caspar has been amazing. Every time someone comes around he's like, ‘Come and see my babies’. He's always looking after his sisters. If they're crying, he always strokes them and says, ‘Shhh, it's okay!’. He'll walk in and go, ‘Oh Mummy, aren't they beautiful!’ He's a proper little cheeseball.”
