It must be the awards season that we weren’t aware of as yesterday saw The Spectator’s Parliamentarian of the Year Awards at London’s Savoy Hotel, as well Draper’s Fashion Awards last night at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
The event was hosted by Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove. Gove was made guest of honour in praise of his parliamentary achievement.
Of course, as you would expect from an event held by The Spectator, the awards were all very tongue-in-cheek, even poking fun at Lord Justice Leveson...
