FROM THE PUBLISHER

The Week magazine is a unique digest bringing together the best of the British and international press. In just 35 succinct pages, it provides you with everything you need and want to know about world events. What's more The Week magazine is a joy to read whilst keeping you informed as well as entertained.

Few of us have the time to read one newspaper from cover to cover, let alone the hundreds of newspapers and magazines published in the UK and overseas every week. Britain's daily and Sunday newspapers contain a staggering 5,800 pages. Almost ten million words each week.

So, keeping up to date with what's happening - and understanding all the issues behind the headlines - is difficult, if not impossible. Fortunately the answer is now at hand… with a subscription to The Week magazine.

The Week's news coverage is accurate and complete. All the key stories are analysed, plus you get summaries of the best articles from home and abroad, world events at a glance and an informed, succinct briefing on a major news topic. You also get the lighter side: bizarre tabloid stories, a bit of gossip, a glance at the latest polls, a look at the 'Controversy of the Week', and the week's most important 'Talking Points'.

Subscribe to The Week magazine today to stay in touch with all the latest news.

Your Subscription will begin with the next available issue. Please expect delivery in the next 2-3 weeks.

An EXCELLENT publication. I have been taking 'THE WEEK' news magazine for at least 5 years; it is an essential part of my life and the only 'newspaper' I ever buy. It provides me with a quality synopsis of the facts; and varying, informed shades of opinion about the topics of the week. All this is served up in an entertaining and easily assimilated format; with all the usual media dross removed. Quality journalism.
This is an excellent publication and I can rely on it for a 'balancing view'between all the media that it encapsulates.
Excellent way of keeping up with the news.
good summary of the weeks news, gives balanced views. V.easy to read.

Hermione Norris loves The Week

I wouldn’t say I’m prolifically politically minded, nor do I obsess over current affairs, but to be able to gain a snapshot of what is going on in Britain and the world is really valuable. That’s why I like The Week – it breaks everything down, invites in some excellent journalists to chew over the cud, then delivers it all in portions that are digestible. Just a great magazine.
