In 2022, Hornby UK, the iconic brand behind the model railway business, brought the TT:120to market.

For the first time, the UK market had a model railway compatible with others manufactured around the globe, enabling legions of model-makers and model railway enthusiasts to bring together rail models, tracks, buildings and sounds to create a perfect small-scale world that would fit on a table top.

Today’s sophisticated offering includes an expanding list of popular historic and contemporary locomotives, engines and rolling stock ensuring that every Class enthusiast is catered for with era-appropriate accessories.

Simon Kohler, affectionately known as ‘Mr Hornby’ by legions of model railway fans, was the company’s former marketing and development director, largely credited with being the powerhouse that brought this new range to market.
