What you can expect from Motor Sport magazine… Ever since our first issue, we’ve never been afraid to speak our minds. About drivers, cars, teams or the sport’s governing bodies. It’s gained us a measure of respect unmatched by any other magazine. As we cover all types of motor sport, we have the broad view lacking in other media. Our unique heritage allows us to put modern developments in racing and racing cars into a historical perspective.
Some agree, some disagree, but our correspondents and contributors are well known for their opinions, forthrightly expressed and based on many years of experience watching, reporting on and competing in motor racing events.
Renowned worldwide for its expert writing and superb archive photography, Motor Sport magazine takes you right inside the enclosed world of motor racing and spotlights the men and machines who have made the sport so compelling.
Launched in 1924, Motor Sport magazine is still as entertaining and authoritative today as it was when it was founded over 90 years ago.

I like my motoring magazines but will look for those that are a little bit different. We see so much Formula 1 coverage in the media and it’s nice sometimes to look a bit deeper and really explore the technology behind the cars as that is something that we have to do on a daily basis with the team. Magazines like Motor Sport and Motor Trend are a bit more intellectual and even go into the business of racing. I like to read those as they are about more than just what goes on when the car takes to the track, and they celebrate motoring as a whole, right down to consumer level, rather than just Formula 1.
