The first time I came over to the UK I picked up The Wire magazine at the airport. I think I was bored and just wanted to read something a bit different, but man what a read! A really stylish, up-front, intelligent magazine that I never knew existed over in the UK. It’s very arty, almost a bit moody in places, but I really enjoyed the features, the way the magazine speaks to the readers, the interviews and the reviews. If I could get it sent over to the States, I would!
