Ireland Baldwin may have two famous parents (Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin if you didn’t know) but she’s quickly making a name for herself as a model.
Whilst some celebrity parents try to keep their children out of the spotlight, it was Kim who persuaded Ireland to give modelling a shot.
“She thought it would be good for my confidence because I never really thought of myself as a pretty girl,” she tells ELLE in the September issue.
Luckily for Ireland, she looks a lot like her mother who at one point was one of the hottest actresses in the world. Even Ireland can admit that her mum is totally gorgeous. “She looks like she’s my age. Her body, I swear, it’s scary,” she says.
No matter how successful she becomes, she’s pretty confident that she’ll keep her head firmly on her shoulders: “Even when I get to the point where I’m acting and performing, where I want to be with my career, I’m never going to think of anyone as lower than me. Everyone’s the celebrity of their own life, you know?”
