Kate Upton was brought to everyone’s attention in 2011 when she was named “Rookie of the Year” by Sports Illustrated in their infamous Swimsuit issue, whilst Irina Shayk graced the cover. She was upgraded to the cover last year and yesterday the brand new Swimsuit issue cover was released… and guess who’s peering out of it? Yep. Kate Upton.
Upton was shot for the issue in the Antarctic, providing a great backdrop for the snaps. In fact, there are pictures taken all over the world – covering all seven continents for the first time ever. All in all there are 17 models posing for the issue.
