Get the body of a "warrior" with Men's Health magazine

Men's Health magazine subscription holders will be able to get the body to rival Warrior star Tom Hardy's if they follow the bulking up tips outlined by the actor and his trainer Pnut.

Want a body like Warrior star Tom Hardy? Men's Health magazine subscription holders will be able to find out how to do it.

The rising British star, who appeared alongside Leonardo Di Caprio in this summer's blockbuster Inception, had to bulk up for his role in the Gavin O'Connor directed mixed martial arts film to be released later this year.

Hardy and his trainer Pnut have recommended a number of exercises that readers should perform four times a day which will allow them to pack on lean muscle worthy of the octagon.

Pnut outlined his method of signalling to Men's Health, saying: "Throughout the day you need to send constant signals to your body, so that it adapts in the direction you point it in. It’s better to do 10 press-ups every hour than 100 in a single burst. If you do things often enough, your body adapts for the task you set it, and you evolve."

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is coming to Britain in October with an event taking place at Earl's Court Exhibition Centre.
