The 34-year-old Oscar-winning star told Glamour magazine she no longer feels "intimidated" or "embarrassed" by her femininity.
"I was always, as a younger actress, very conscious of not wanting to act sexy. I didn't see myself like that. But I think as a woman, you get older, you feel more confident in your sexuality. You're not as intimidated by it, not as embarrassed by it," Reese told Glamour magazine.
She said she feels far better now than she did when she was in her twenties.
The actress, who was recently honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, said she'd like to have more children in the future as well.
Reese has two kids with her ex-husband Ryan Philippe but she said she wouldn't rule out having more with her new beau, Hollywood agent Jim Toth.
