EastEnders fans with a Now magazine subscription can read how former Albert Square resident Joe Swash wants to get back with his ex Kara Tointon.
The pair, who met on the show, split up earlier this year after dating for two years.
Joe told Now magazine he still talks to her a lot and she's his "best friend".
He said he watches every episode of Strictly Come Dancing, which his ex is appearing in.
"I always text Kara before every show on Saturday to say good luck and then I'll probably speak to her during the week," Joe told Now magazine.
"Me and Kara are still best friends and she knows I still love her."
He added: "I'd take Kara back tomorrow. It's my fault that we broke up, I had to do some growing up."
Kara is the bookies' favourite female to win this year's Strictly with, somewhat surprisingly, Ann Widdecombe coming in second.
