Cher Lloyd is 'a special case'

Grace Woodward, who's a stylist on the ITV reality show, said Cher Lloyd has been branded a "special case" by crew on the show.

"Let's just say Cher has to be treated with kid gloves," she told Radio Times magazine.

"She's a special case and needs special handling and [mentor] Cheryl Cole is getting very involved with her. She suffered stage fright, so what's worked for her one minute doesn't work the next."

The wannabe star has suffered her fair share of ups and downs since her first appearance on the show.

In recent weeks Cher's young uncle died, as well as her grandmother, and she faced growing criticism over her tiny frame.

The hopeful is being mentored by Cheryl Cole on the TV show, who still has all four contestants in the running to win this year's programme.
