Vanity Fair magazine rich list revealed

Titanic and Avatar director James Cameron topped the Vanity Fair magazine list, with estimated earnings of $257m (£159.4m).

Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp is worth around $100m (£62m), significantly less than Cameron but still putting him in second place.

Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg came in third place on the Vanity Fair list, apparently he earns $80m (£49.6m).

Fourth place went to British director Christopher Nolan, famed for flicks such as Inception and the Batman franchise, who get an estimated $71.5m (£44.3m), according to Vanity Fair magazine.

In fifth place on the Vanity Fair magazine list is actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who earns an estimated $62m (£38.5m).

There were some youngsters on Vanity Fair magazine's compilation this year as well, with Twilight stars, and rumoured beaus, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart bagging 15th and 13th spots respectively.
