It’s hard to believe that Louis Smith is still single after winning over the nation during last year’s Olympics and Strictly Come Dancing, but the gymnast speaks to HELLO! magazine in this week’s issue about single life and how he hopes to find love soon.
It will have to be one very special lady who snags him though. “I'm very fussy in terms of who I get into a relationship with,” he says. “But when I am, I wear my heart on my sleeve. I wouldn't say I fall in love easily, but I can't wait to be in love again.”
Smith has just moved into a luxury house and admits that he would like to share it with someone else. “It would be nice to put on a DVD, light the fire, cuddle on the rug and watch a film,” he says. Despite only being 23, he also sees children in the near future, adding: “I want a little Louis Smith junior running around, pulling the dog's tail. I think I'd be a great dad.”
