David Walliams 'wants to get married again'

Comic David Walliams has told Heat magazine subscription holders that he wants to get married again, only five months after tying the knot.

The 39-year-old star married his long-term beau model Lara Stone earlier this year.

He said he wished he had gone for a day more like his pal Russell Brand's.

"As soon as the day was over I had this instant nostalgia and wanted to do it again! I used to wonder why the hell people renewed their vows, but now I get it.

"I want to get married again. [Pauses] To the same person, obviously," he added.

Asked how his own big day went, he told Heat magazine: "It was really hard to relax until I'd done my speech. I loved it, though. There was a very funny moment when Matt [Lucas] came in with the wedding cake, dressed as Marjorie Dawes."

His wife Lara has won damages from French Playboy after the mag published unauthorised photos of her. She will reportedly be donating the fee to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
