If you have a Moneywise magazine subscription then you should definitely be looking forward to receiving the August issue (which should arrive on or around 31st July), which contains a supplement all about the Moneywise Customer Service Awards.
The Moneywise team were looking to find the UK’s most trusted financial providers – and ensure they provide you with the very best service. The Awards were given after looking at the results of Moneywise’s Consumer Opinion Survey, which had almost 35,000 participants.
The winners were announced at the Awards ceremony on 12th June. We won’t spoil it for you by giving away the winners – if you want to find out who won, you’ll have to read the issue!
Of course, as well as praising the very best companies, they also name and shame the worst – so you’ll know who to avoid!
