Esquire magazine subscription holders will this week get the February edition delivered to their door and are likely to notice the rather lovely Rachel Weisz sporting a pair of stockings on the cover.

The star of films such as The Mummy and The Lovely Bones was voted the woman men would most like to marry in a poll from the UK-based publication.

The survey saw the actress push last year's winner Keira Knightley down the pecking order to second place, while Titanic star Kate Winslet scooped third.

Meanwhile, X-Factor judge, solo artist, Girls Aloud member and WAG Cheryl Cole topped the list of women that British men would most like to bed.

Other notable nominees across the board include Nigella Lawson, Alexa Chung, Cat Deeley, Lily Allen and Dawn French.

The latter was voted the woman that men would most like to have a drink with.

The comedienne is best known for her roles in French & Saunders and The Vicar of Dibley.
