If you've got a Men's Health magazine subscription you'll be able to read how red clothing might help you woo the ladies.
A study from the University of Rochester, US, has found it is not just a lady in red who makes a big impression.
"Women are biologically hardwired to associate men wearing red with status and power," states Men's Health magazine.
It suggests that when it comes to dating, men should be looking to the animal world to see how it's done.
"Their alpha – and more sexually coveted – males have the largest and most intense displays of said colour," Men's Health magazine advises.
The publication recommends wearing splashes of red to "play the Pied Piper of the office's female gaze".
Recently, the Male Trend Report by Female First revealed that bright colours are definitely a fashion essential for men this spring.
Even if it's out of your comfort zone, the publication advises wearing brights.
