Well, we're used to seeing Lady Gaga sporting some interesting outfits and hairstyles, but this is the first time we've seen her donning what looks like a huge afro, on the cover of US Vogue this month.
As well as the eye-catching hairdo, she's also wearing a purple fishtail dress by Marc Jacobs. It's the second time the singer has featured on the US Vogue cover - and being the September issue it's the most bought issue of the year, so everyone will see her.
The magazine is celebrating a very special anniversary - 120 years of style, so if you don't have a US Vogue magazine subscription, make sure you find a copy to read!
As always, the pop star isn't afraid of saying whatever's on her mind and has done just that in the accompanying interview.
Talking about wanting to retain some of her anonymity, she said: 'I'm a complete free spirit, so, even though you don't see it, I still find time to have sex at night on the beach when no one's around. Or roll into a bar and get f***ed up and dance with my top off. It's just that no one ever sees that, because I have great real friends who never let me do it when I would get caught.'
Speaking of her music, Gaga makes it clear that she doesn't write songs for the glory, she loves it and loves the effect it can have on people. She doesn't "make records for people to listen to and go, 'Wow, she’s a genius'", she would "really like you to order a drink, maybe kiss the person you came with that evening, or rediscover something about your past that makes you feel even more brave."
