You’ve heard of New York Fashion Week – but did you also know there is a New York Bridal Week? Well, there is! Though those of you with a Brides magazine subscription would already know that, of course.
It kicked off last weekend and brides, wedding planners, dress designers and anyone else connected with the multi-million pound wedding industry flocked to the Big Apple to check out the latest shows and if you follow Brides magazine on Facebook, or read their blog then you’ll have been kept up-to-date on everything going on.
Revealing their gorgeous new collections were Oscar De La Renta, Vera Wang and Claire Pettibone, amongst many other fantastic designers and their creations really were a sight for sore eyes. As always, De La Renta’s gowns were breath-taking and to say there was something to suit every bride would be an understatement.
If you’re a bride on the lookout for the perfect wedding dress, then we’d suggest heading over to check out Brides’ blog asap – even if you don’t have the budget to go couture (who does?) you can at least draw some inspiration!
