Jennifer Lawrence is Vanity Fair’s “Most Desirable Woman”

Jennifer Lawrence speaks to Vanity Fair about her acting experiences, the Oscars and being homeless.

Jennifer Lawrence is Hollywood’s biggest rising star. The actress made a name for herself with her role in The Winter’s Bone which earned her numerous nominations for prestigious awards, she’s since taken the lead role in the film adaptations of The Hunger Games and she’s now had an Oscar nod for her role in The Silver Linings Playbook with Bradley Cooper.

On top of that, she’s gorgeous, has great style and is newly single (there have been rumours that her and Bradley Cooper have been getting cosy...)

She’s currently peering out of the cover of Vanity Fair’s February issue. Of a poll the magazine held, 100 people named Lawrence as the Most Desirable Woman and it’s easy to see why.

Speaking about her role in The Hunger Games as Katniss Everdeen, she says: “I read The Hunger Games books when it was Oscar season, so for the first time I was in these dresses which didn’t really look like me and didn’t feel like me. I felt like a walking rag doll. I remember sitting there in hair and makeup, listening to the things that they were talking about, and most of the things I didn’t even know. So I read that and I was like, ‘I know exactly how that feels.’ And then, in the second book, people’s relationships to you suddenly change. You’re aware of people staring at you.”
