When iSUBSCRiBE reach triple figures, we can only hope we look as good as Delicious magazine does. That’s right, the food magazine which launched with the December issue back in 2003 is already on its 100th issue – that’s 100 issues filled with delicious dinners, beautiful baking and tasty tea-time treats.
Those of you with a Delicious magazine subscription will have already received the latest issue, which has two different covers – one featuring a mouth-watering chocolate cake baked by Mary Berry and the other featuring a delectable carrot cake baked by Paul Hollywood – as Delicious say, it’s the ultimate Great British bake-off!
Congratulations are offered by the likes of Heston Blumenthal who has some fantastic pub grub recipes in the issue, Rick Stein, Michel Roux Jr., Lorraine Pascale and of course, the cover stars.
“Congratulations on your 100th issue – what an achievement! And now we ought to encourage more people to get baking – by making my celebration chocolate cake!” says Mary Berry, whilst Paul Hollywood simply says, “Congratulations on reaching 100 issues. Here’s to the next 100!”.
