What they may not know is that the Radio 1 presenter also got engaged on the same day.
Fearne's been spotted and about in London, around the studios, sporting a very sparkly diamond on her engagement finger, reports Star magazine.
The presenter was reportedly stunned when her skater boyfriend Jesse Jenkins got down on one knee on her birthday.
Fearne and Jesse have been dating on and off since 2008, but they rekindled their romance properly six months ago.
Kerry Katona also celebrated her birthday this week. The former Atomic Kitten singer turned 30, making a surprise appearance at the TV Choice Awards at the beginning of the week.
According to Star magazine, Kerry, the ex-wife of Westlife singer Bryan McFadden, "left little to the imagination" with a thigh-high LBD, complete with train.
