Imagine being voted the World’s Most Beautiful Woman – it seems like a lot to live up to but we don’t think Gwyneth Paltrow should be that concerned as we think she can handle it.
The 40-year-old Iron Man actress has topped a list of some of the world’s biggest names - including Jennifer Lawrence,Kerry Washington, Amanda Seyfried,Zooey Deschanel, Halle Berry and Kelly Rowland – to take the title.
Speaking about her new accolade, Paltrow found it hard to believe. She joked that doesn’t often make an effort with her appearance. “Around the house, I’m in jeans and a T-shirt,” she says. “I don’t really wear makeup.”
Hubby Coldpay frontman Chris Martin is so used to seeing Gwyneth in casual stuff he even jokes when she’s not. “If I’ve gotten fully dressed up, he’ll be like, ‘Oh, wow! You’re Gwyneth Paltrow!’ Because he’s used to seeing me in like baggy shorts and frizzy hair.”
