The founder of Batch, Tom has worked around the world in speciality coffee. From Australia where he cut his teeth in the speciality coffee industry working in busy independent coffee shops through to roasting coffee and green coffee buying. His coffee journey has taken him to South America, where he lived in Colombia and Peru, working on coffee farms and experiencing what life is like in coffee-producing countries.
