It’s about time we got some good news and we’re sure those of you with a subscription to The Cricketer are in a pretty good mood after this weekend’s win against New Zealand in the first Test at Lord’s.
The last day ended as England 232 & 213 beat New Zealand 207 & 68 by 170 runs – which we think is pretty impressive!
Unfortunately New Zealand landed themselves the 10th lowest score ever recorded at a Lord’s test.
The second Test starts at Headingley on Tuesday 28th May and we feel quite optimistic that we can do just as well then.
