As you may have seen from our Facebook page, we visited Chelsea Flower Show last weekend and now that the weather finally seems to be behaving itself, we’re loving being outside. Do you know what else we love when the sun’s out? Cocktails!

Luckily, Sainsbury’s magazine – which we knows many of you have a subscription to – have created a batch of Chelsea Flower Show cocktails that we think are just perfect for garden parties.

Try them for yourself...

Make a Jasmine Collins with 50ml brewed jasmine tea, 25ml sweet vermouth, 25ml vodka,1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp sugar syrup (try the Monin pure cane sugar gomme). Mix all the ingredients together. Serve in a tall glass over crushed ice.

Or are you tempted by a Mandarin Rose made with 25ml vodka, 1 tbsp Kahlua, 2 tsp Chambord and 1 tsp single cream. Shake the ingredients over ice and serve in a martini glass.

Or if a Lotus Martini floats your boat you’ll need 25ml vodka, 1 tbsp lychee liqueur (or lychee juice), 2 tsp Blue Curaçao, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp sugar syrup (try the Monin pure cane sugar gomme). Shake the ingredients over ice and serve in a martini glass.
