Anyone looking to get fit and healthy who has a Women's Fitness magazine subscription will be able to read about some of the best winter walks.
The first recommended one is at Kentmere Horseshoe in the Lake District. Women's Fitness magazine suggests there are some good viewpoints and "the varied route is perfect for both mountain bikers and walkers".
If you're looking for a walk to suit all fitness levels, the publication recommends going to the National Forest spires and stiles walk in south Derbyshire. Women's Fitness magazine says it "still offers great sights", despite catering for all levels of ability.
Another walk recommended by Women's Fitness magazine is one in Snowdrop Valley in Exmoor. This is a "short walk perfect for nature lovers", according to the publication.
According to the BBC, adults should do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise around five times a week. This could mean a walk, so it might be a great time to follow the routes suggested by Women's Fitness magazine.
