It’s Friday, and that means curry night!
Through our letterbox this month, dropped all the spices needed to make Saraman beef with kampot pepper sauce, prawn fritters and a green mango salad.

Inside the colourful box, there is a recipe card with a step-by-step guide, 7 sachets of spices (which smell very enticing) plus a free sample - we got tagine spices for a Moroccan dish.
The recipe card is fool proof and tells you what other ingredients to buy, as well as the origin of the recipe and facts about how the kampot pepper with it’s bright and fruity flavour is thought to be the best pepper available. And, well, that’s good enough for us!
