"Wearing high heels greater than two inches can create faulty biomechanics and unnecessary stress on your on your ankles, knees, pelvis, and your spine," chiropractor and acupuncturist Dr Robert Laquerre told Hello! magazine.
He added high heels force women to walk with their "pelvis arched forward causing hyperlordosis (backward bending) of the lumbar spine".

A study by University of Surrey revealed there is a theory behind not falling over in high heels.
Apparently, according to boffins, an equation using shoe size, Pythagorean theorem and other variables demonstrate how safe a women is walking in heels.
