Hot fitness trends in 2011

If you've got an OK! magazine subscription, you can find out some hot fitness trends for 2011.

Anyone looking to lose weight who has an OK! magazine subscription can find out what fitness trends are going to be hot this year.

According to the publication, the best way to get the most out of a workout is by hiring a personal trainer.

Obviously, a trainer doesn't come cheap, as it costs £15 to £50 a session, OK! magazine says.

The bonus is that you "can create a fitness regime specifically targeted to your own individual needs".

Boot camps are set to be big this year as well, according to OK! magazine. It suggests the workouts will really "continue to hit the spot" in 2011 and they are available in most popular gyms, meaning you'll be hard pushed to avoid them.

Dancing your way to fitness is another big thing this year, the mag suggests.

Zumba, which is a fusion of moves and Latin rhythms, "is the fastest-growing dance-inspired workout to hit our shores from the US", according to OK! magazine.

A recent study by Gocompare.com revealed that 55 per cent of Brits made their new year's resolution to lose some excess weight this year.
