Arctic Monkeys talk to NME magazine about Take That

If you've got an NME magazine subscription, you can read an interview with the Arctic Monkeys.

Music fans with an NME magazine subscription can read an interview with the Arctic Monkeys, which sees them apologise to Take That singer Gary Barlow.

Lead singer Alex Turner said to the publication: "We love Gary Barlow. I think I really offended him a few years ago, though, which I'm, er, sorry about.

"I didn't understand it then! Didn't know what were going on! Trying to ruffle some feathers."

Back in 2006, the Monkeys' frontman branded the group rubbish in a foul-mouthed tirade.

But he said he feels guilty about that and admitted he wants to make amends and end the feud between the bands.

This week, the Arctic Monkeys announced they will be playing dates in Stockholm and Oslo this May.

They will be taking to the stage in Sweden on May 5th and in Norway on May 6th.
Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair will be the band's first single released from their new album, Suck It and See.
