I do like going to the gym and staying in shape, it’s no secret. I think people believe I hit the gym more than I do, but I play a lot of rugby and generally am on my feet a lot, so that helps with fitness. But I like a workout too. I like Muscle & Fitness because it doesn’t make any assumptions as to what level the reader is at.
