The England prop sustained a calf injury during his side's 17-9 win over France and left Twickenham on crutches, reports Rugby World magazine.
"He has got a tear in his calf which is not great,” said Martin Johnson, England manager. "It probably takes him out for the remainder of the series."
The good news for Rugby World magazine readers is that fly-half Toby Flood, who also limped off after the match, will be ready to play again soon.
"Toby has been scanned and he is pretty good, just a little bit of soreness in his Achilles, so that was a relief," Johnson said.
England's next game will be against Scotland on March 13th, with their last match of the tournament against Ireland on the 19th.
