Gear up for the Three Peaks with Trail magazine

Keen walkers who have a Trail magazine subscription can find out how to get fit to take on the Three Peaks.

The most adventurous hikers around the country are probably familiar with the Three Peaks, which see walkers tackle the highest mountains in England, Wales and Scotland.

In Trail magazine, the team show how they took a trip to the famous Brecon Beacons to get in shape in order to take on the biggest peaks in the UK.
