Brooklyn Decker shares her tips with Women’s Health

Model and actress Brooklyn Decker offers Women's Health readers her tips on staying in shape.

If you want some inspiration on what being fit and healthy can do for you, just look at Brooklyn Decker who is on the cover of this month’s Women’s Health magazine.

OK, so we can’t guarantee that exercising and eating well will make you look like her but it’s a great start.

Speaking to the magazine, the model/actress gives away some of her tips for keeping in great shape.

Planning routes to run can become a little tedious, Brooklyn is a little spontaneous…"I really love going places without a map," she says. "When I went running in Paris, I headed for a monument or a statue that I could see off in the distance. To get back where I started, I simply used the GPS on my phone."

She’s also a big fan of having a fun workout with your friends. "When I was a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding in North Carolina, the two of us and the other bridesmaids hired a Pilates instructor to do a private class for us the morning of the wedding,” she says. “We were able to play our favorite music and laugh and talk while working out. It was the perfect way to start a day, and ever since I've tried to come up with workouts that I can do with my girlfriends."
