Men's Health magazine helps people regain wasted time

Men's Health magazine highlights time-saving tips.

Men's Health magazine has highlighted ways that people can make the most of their lives and stop wasting time.

On average people spending approximately 100 days of their lives stuck in traffic but if they use phone apps they can save considerably more time – approximately 54 per cent, it claimed.

It suggested that working from home could save the average employee approximately five years of their lives, almost 29 days a year.

"British workers have the longest journey times in Europe and Londoners fare worst of all, with an incredible 18 years of their life spent travelling to and from work," the magazine claimed.

An average of 190 days are spent arguing with the family, 441 days in the pub and 325 days dealing with customer service.

Among the other articles in this week's Men's Health magazine will be articles on getting a great beach body, on the ideal running gear and which exercises to avoid.
