Lusso heads to Scotland

Lusso magazine has been looking at how Scotland is "seriously underrated".

Category: Lifestyle

Title: Lusso

Lusso magazine has suggested that the Romans may have made a mistake during their long occupation of the British Isles.

While the Italians built Hadrian's Wall to keep England's northern neighbours out, the publication believes that they missed out on a great experience.

This month's magazine takes a look at how Scotland is "seriously underrated" and readers can expect to pick up a few tips on making the most of the nation that brought whiskey to the world.

Sticking with Scotland, editor Greg Nasmyth embarked on a trip to the highlands aboard the Caledonian Sleeper with the intention of bagging himself a McNabb.

For the uninitiated, this means a shooting expedition in Scotland's wilderness during which the hunter must kill a stag, two grouse and a salmon within a 24-hour period.

Meanwhile, Russ Malkin - a man renowned for his exploits on two wheels - has gotten into the driver's seat of the "vicious' new Jaguar XKR to take on the famous Nurburgring.

Hadrian's Wall was illuminated for the first time on Saturday (March 13th), with a line of light stretching from coast to coast.
