Lorraine Kelly lets us know why she looks so good!

Lorraine Kelly tells Good Housekeeping how she's stayed in shape after her 2011 weight loss.

Lorraine Kelly has been one of the first faces many people see in the mornings for decades and now those of you with a Good Housekeeping magazine subscription can also see her peering out of the June issue.

At 53, the television presenter has never looked better and she shares her tips on staying healthy with the magazine.

“I don’t deny myself anything,” she says. “If I want a bit of chocolate I’ll have it, but I won’t eat the whole bar like I would in the past.”

Kelly lost a stone and went down two dress sizes back in 2011 and has actually maintained her size, avoiding the habit of putting it all back on as many seem to do.

“Since I’ve turned 50, I’m more interested in clothes and I think that went in hand with the weight loss,” she tells the magazine. “I go to Pilates. You don’t think you’re doing anything when you’re exercising, but if you’re doing it properly, it’s blinking hard work. When I’m at home in Scotland, my exercise tends to be going for long walks with the dog. I walk everywhere in London, too.”
