We're forever seeing Jamie Oliver's face pop up - whether it's on TV, in cookbooks, a chain of restaurants or even in Jamie magazine. The guy never stops! Considering he has four kids, it's a good job that his wife Jools Oliver is happy to be a hands-on full-time mum. Red magazine caught up with her in this month's issue.

She's often painted as the picture of domestic bliss, a beautiful English rose with a brood of children (10 year-old Poppy Honey, 9 year-old Daisy Boo, 3 year-old Petal Blossom and little man Buddy Bear who is just 21 months old), but there's a lot more to the former model. Whilst her life is focused around her children in their London and Essex homes, she's also just created her own fashion line for Mothercare called Little Bird, which launches in August.

Speaking about family life, Jools said that despite looking after the four kids being a "total relay", she'd gladly have another. "I want a fifth, but I know it would be wrong. I never get any time to spend with Jamie as it is. He has said, give it a couple of years, then maybe we can think about it..."

It's recently been reported that Jools checks through Jamie's emails and phone to check he hasn't been in contact with any other women, but she says she's more trusting now than she used to be. "Obviously, I’ve grown up a lot. I used to get really jealous. I would demand: 'Where you going? What you doing?' Now I suppose, having the children, I’m a lot more relaxed, and happier about doing my own thing."

So what does Jamie think of her venture into the working world? "He would rather I go out more and leave the kids at home, because he thinks I’m all over them too much. He’s like, 'Come and work with me'".
