Huck magazine unveils new Asthetiker snowboards

Huck magazine has given readers a peek at Asthetiker's two new shred sticks.

Huck magazine has unveiled the latest snowboards from Austrian team Asthetiker, which may whet the appetite of riders ahead of the winter 2010/11 season.

It gave readers a sneaky peek at two new models, one of which is the signature board of Asthetiker pro rider Steve Gruber.

The Gruba Libra is an all mountain shred stick and has some pretty dark-rooted graphics to ensure that your board looks as sick as your riding.

Meanwhile, The Team Line is designed by Dr U and will give buyers hours of fun as they smash the park next winter.

The twin-tip features a straight up Asthetiker logo on both the base and top sheet, but the colours are brighter than that of the Gruba Libra, with lots of bright yellow, blue and purple.

The Asthetiker crew was founded in the early 1990s and members share a love of snowboarding, nature and the mountains.

According to the organisation, its main focus is beauty and style, not competitions or athletic ambitions.
